I'm very impressed with this
I've been taking 2 drops a day now for at least a week, and I was really surprised to find that my sleep is hugely improved. I wasn't expecting that - just wanted to make sure I didn't have the deficiency that's common these days by getting the good nascent type of iodine. I'm sleeping for at least a couple hours more each night, and it's a deeper sleep. The non-nascent iodine in multivitamins never did that for me, and it's been consistent ever since starting the nascent one, and with no other changes in my life, so I'm pretty sure it's the iodine that's done this. My body must have needed it. Thanks! :D
